How to Measure Yourself
Use a soft tape measure and wear just a t-shirt for accurate results. For each measurement, keep the tape firm but not tight.
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under your arms.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest point of your torso.
- Shoulders: Measure across your back from shoulder point to shoulder point.
- Sleeve: Measure from the top of your shoulder down to your wrist.

Layering Advice
