Shipping Policy – Haamashiach

At Haamashiach, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably throughout the United Kingdom, European countries, United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping is free on all orders, to every destination worldwide (United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world). There are no shipping charges at checkout.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 21 days for all destinations (United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada, Australia, and the rest of the world).

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance delays, high seasonal demand, postal strikes, national holidays, or other logistical disruptions beyond our control.

For orders that include tracked shipping, a tracking number will be sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. If the tracking link provided on our website does not function, we recommend using international tracking platforms (e.g., Royal Mail, La Poste, Correos, DHL, etc.) for more accurate updates.

In case your order is not delivered within 90 calendar days from the date of payment, you are eligible for a full refund. For delivery delays, we suggest first contacting your local postal service. If they confirm the parcel is not in their system, please contact our support team. Once the issue is verified, we will proceed with a full refund.
