1. Where does Haamashiach ship to?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is available for most regions with reliable delivery services.

2. How long does delivery take?
Once your order is processed (within 2–5 business days), delivery typically takes:
- United Kingdom: 2 to 4 weeks
- Europe: 2 to 5 weeks
- United States / Canada: 2 to 4 weeks
- Australia: 3 to 5 weeks
- Rest of the World: 3 to 6 weeks

3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Tracking numbers are sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. If your tracking link doesn't work, use an international postal tracking service (e.g. Royal Mail, DHL, etc.).

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment gateways listed at checkout.

5. I want to cancel or change my order. What should I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@haamashiach.com. After the item has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

6. What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused and in original condition. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

We guarantee full refunds for orders not delivered within 90 calendar days.
