Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you offer?

Our current range is men's outerwear in UK sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL and 3XL. We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering, as winter coats are often layered over jumpers and hoodies — you may want to size up for a comfortable fit.

Do you sell women's outerwear?

Not yet. A women's range is on the way, starting with ski jackets and puffer jackets. The Women section of the site is live but empty until that stock arrives — we don't list anything we can't actually ship. If you'd like to know when it lands, join our newsletter at the bottom of any page.

Do your jackets run true to size?

Most follow standard UK sizing. Some styles — particularly padded and heavyweight coats — are cut with a slightly relaxed or loose fit. We note this on each product page. When in doubt, check the size guide or contact our team.

I'm between sizes. Which should I choose?

If you plan to wear thick layers underneath, we recommend going up one size. If you'll be wearing it over a light top or shirt, your usual size should be fine.

Warmth & Performance

How warm are your jackets?

We stock pieces across a range of warmth ratings — from lightweight fleece-lined options for milder autumn days, to heavily padded and heated jackets for deep winter. Each product page describes the lining, fill and intended temperature range so you can choose the right level of warmth for your climate.

What is an electric heated jacket?

Our heated jackets use embedded carbon fibre or graphene heating elements powered by a portable power bank (sold separately). They offer multiple heat settings and provide consistent warmth even in very low temperatures. They are not designed for use in rain or extremely wet conditions.

Can I wear the heated jacket in the rain?

Our heated jackets are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. Light rain or drizzle is fine, but avoid heavy downpours or submerging the jacket. Always remove the power bank before washing.

Care & Washing

How do I wash my Haamashiach jacket?

Care instructions vary by piece. As a general rule:

• Fleece & padded jackets: Machine wash on a gentle/cool cycle (30°C). Tumble dry on low or air dry.
• Heated jackets: Remove the power bank and all cables before washing. Machine wash on gentle/cool cycle. Do not tumble dry.
• Plaid & woven jackets: Hand wash or gentle machine cycle to preserve the pattern.

Always check the care label on your specific jacket before washing.

Can I iron my jacket?

Most of our jackets do not require ironing. If needed, use a low heat setting with a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric. Never iron directly onto printed, padded or heated sections.

Orders & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to four countries: the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not currently ship anywhere else. Shipping is free to all four destinations, with no delivery charge at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Every order is prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of payment being confirmed. Transit time is then added on top, depending on your country:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, or because of customs clearance, postal strikes or other delays outside our control. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your delivery status at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched — use Request a Return or email us. Once it has been dispatched, please follow the return process instead.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. The fastest way to start is our self-serve tool — Request a Return — or you can email support@haamashiach.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

My jacket arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — if you need a different size or colour, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange where available. Availability depends on current stock.

Product Questions

Are your jackets suitable for outdoor activities like hiking and skiing?

Several are designed for outdoor use, including the fleece-lined parkas, the sherpa fleece jackets and our heated range. Check each product description for the recommended activities.

What power bank do I need for the heated jackets?

Our heated jackets are compatible with standard USB power banks (5V output). We recommend at least 10,000mAh for a full day of use. Power banks are not included and are sold separately.
