Refund & Exchange Policy – Haamashiach

At Haamashiach, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery confirmation. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice, is required. Additionally, the reason for the refund request must be clearly explained.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@haamashiach.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund: digital or downloadable products, gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and personalized or custom-made products.

6. Exchanges

While our primary policy is focused on refunds, we also consider exchange requests if you prefer to replace your item instead. To be eligible, the item must meet the same return conditions described above: unused, in its original condition and packaging, and within 30 days of delivery.
