Refund & Return Policy – Haamashiach

At Haamashiach, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. How to request a return or refund

There are two easy ways to start:

  • Online (fastest): use our self-serve tool — Request a Return. Sign in with your email to submit a return or cancellation directly from your order.
  • By email: contact support@haamashiach.com with your full name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or videos if relevant.

We respond to all requests within 2 business days.

2. Return window

Requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

3. Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • Please include a clear reason for your request.
  • Refunds are not issued for items damaged through misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

4. Return shipping costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for a refund: digital or downloadable products, gift cards, clearance or final-sale items, and personalised or custom-made products.

7. Exchanges

Prefer a replacement? Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns (unused, original condition and packaging, within 30 days). Start one via Request a Return or by emailing support@haamashiach.com with your order details.

8. European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, in addition to our 30-day return policy you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).

  • To exercise this right, tell us of your decision by a clear statement: use Request a Return, email support@haamashiach.com, or use the model withdrawal form below (not obligatory).
  • We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs (our shipping is free), within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.
  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, and must send them back within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw.

This 14-day right of withdrawal applies specifically to consumers in the European Union. It is additional to, and does not reduce, our standard 30-day return policy described above.
