Shipping Policy – Haamashiach
Where we ship: Haamashiach ships to four countries only — the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not currently ship to any other country. Orders placed for delivery outside these four destinations cannot be accepted.
Shipping cost: Shipping is free on all orders to all four destinations. There are no delivery charges added at checkout.
Order preparation: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance delays, high seasonal demand, postal strikes, national holidays, or other logistical disruptions beyond our control.
Tracking: a tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. If the tracking link provided on our website does not function, we recommend using international tracking platforms (e.g. Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, NZ Post) for more accurate updates. You can also check your delivery status on our Track Your Order page.
In case your order is not delivered within 90 calendar days from the date of payment, you are eligible for a full refund. For delivery delays, we suggest first contacting your local postal service. If they confirm the parcel is not in their system, please contact our support team. Once the issue is verified, we will proceed with a full refund.
Returns: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
